1 Adaptive Equipment problem of the 2004 Dodge Ram 2500

Failure Date: 09/01/2014

I have the same problem that many other Dodge ram owners have. The air conditioning/heater plenum doors fail and you can not use the defrost or the floor vents. This is a faulty product and a safety concern to many. Please help.

2 Adaptive Equipment problem of the 2011 Dodge Ram 2500

Failure Date: 07/06/2014

August 2013 we bought aftermarket wheels for our 2011 Dodge Ram 2500. July 6, 2014 while washing truck, we noticed six (6) lug nuts and stems/bolt missing. Two missing on rear tire and two missing on both front tires. Contact our tire company to get the problem repaired and he stated that Chrysler has that part, the lug nut bolts/stems, is on a nationwide back order and did not have an estimate to when they would be available. Now, I don't feel safe driving a truck with 6 lug nuts missing and cannot get it repaired. Also, when I get it repaired, will it happen again? probably, that's why the part is on back order.

3 Adaptive Equipment problem of the 2015 Dodge Ram 2500

Failure Date: 06/01/2013

Vehicle tpms on Ram 2500's is set to 80psi for "proper inflation" on a unloaded truck is way to much. When driving durning summer months tire pressure is exceeding max tire pressure of 80psi. No way to deflate tire to more safe pressures without tpms "light" and "warning indicator" telling you to inflate tires to 80psi. Update tpms to be able to lower tire pressures to a more reasonable pressure before someone blows out a tire and has or causes an accident.

6 Adaptive Equipment problem of the 2009 Dodge Ram 2500

Failure Date: 02/01/2010

I was resetting the oil change light on a 2009 Dodge Ram 2500 you have to depress the gas pedal to the floor several times the gas pedal stuck to the floor when the aftermarket floor mat slid slightly forward and the very thick portion around the outside of the mat caught the bottom edge of the pedal. I work at a dealership and it was in a customer truck while it was not running so no damage was done but it could have caused an accident so I just wanted to report it so that you are aware. Possibly mats should be anchored to the floor.

7 Adaptive Equipment problem of the 2003 Dodge Ram 2500

Cracked dashboard with jagged edges which are in front of my passenger seat. Safety issue that Dodge is not willing to take responsibility for. My dashboard now has multiple cracks.

8 Adaptive Equipment problem of the 2004 Dodge Ram 2500

Failure Date: 11/05/2006

The defroster does not work causing safety issues, window fogs/frosts up because blend control does not work. The drivers side visor repeatedly/unexpectedly falls blocking view of road. Driver must take attention off the road to move visor to stop blockage. Driver is forced to put attention to visor to try to get it out of the way, thus attention diverted from the road. Both these defaults are major safety issues that block visability of the road for drivers.

9 Adaptive Equipment problem of the 1999 Dodge Ram 2500

Vehicle is being modified/conversion, however during modification for handicap usage the floors are being lowered by 10 inches creating safety hazards in various component areas (driveshaft, fuel lines/pump and structure). Mjs.
