Tire Blowout problem

The contact stated while driving 50-55 mph on normal road conditions the vehicle started to shake violently. While approaching the next exit the front passenger side tire blew and the beauty ring and hub cap flew off the tire. The tire was changed. The blown tire is no longer available. There were two new tires purchased and placed on the front of the vehicle. The f front drviver side tire was provided to a friend who place the tire on the rare of the vehicle however it blew on the friends vehicle. One of the two new replacement tires would not balance and the vehicle was taken to an independent service station. The service mechanic could not get the tire to balance so it was replaced. Later while traveling on the interstate the vehicle began to shake voilently. After inspection, the tire was observed to have a shifted steel belt. The manufacturer was contact who determined that they would replace both front tires. All the tires that blew were due to shifted tire belts. The tire size was lt23585r16.
