2001 Dodge Ram 3500. Unit #1 was westbound on the ohio turnpike in the driving lane. Unit #2 was eastbound on the ohio turnpike in the driving lane. Unit #1 had a right rear outside tire blowout, which caused the other dual tire to break off. The tires crossed the median and struck unit #2 in left front.
The entire dash panel started falling apart in 2006 on my 2001 Dodge ram. Parts started falling down inside the instrument panel and the dash assembly around the the passenger airbag is falling in.
