Totally integrated power module has a short causing the right side parking lamps, marker lamps, and right side taillight to blow the fuse every time it is changed. As soon as the lights are turned on, the fuse blows within seconds.
The contact owns a 2007 Dodge Ram 3500. The contact stated that after shutting off the vehicle, the interior lights failed to power off. The battery was disconnected in order to power off the interior lights to avoid draining the battery. After the battery was reconnected, the windshield wiper fluid dispensed and smoke came from the fuse box under the hood. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired.
