The contact owns a 2007 Dodge Ram 3500. While driving 60 mph, the passenger side wheel locked up and caused the contact to lose control of the vehicle. The trailer that he was hauling in the rear turned over. The vehicle was towed to the dealer and they stated that the hub bearings and the spindle bearings failed. The vehicle is currently being repaired. The manufacturer stated that no compensation would be provided because the vehicle was not included in any recalls. The VIN was unavailable.
