Dodge Ram 3500 owners have reported 2 problems related to fuel delivery (under the gasoline fuel system category). The most recently reported issues are listed below.
While driving my Dodge van, it will shut of, no gas to engine. I can cruise to the side of the road most of the time. Had the vehicle worked on, new fuel pump, cleaned the ground as advised my a Dodge service center, had a complete tune up and anything else myself or my mechanic could think of. The vehicle still cuts off when it wants without warning. It will restart after 4-5 minutes.

The consumer was on a long road trip when he noticed that the fuel was running low. The vehicle was taken in for an inspection and results showed that the transfer pump was cracked and was leaking 60% of the fuel into the engine for the third time. Manufacturer was contacted by consumer once again.
