The contact was advised that a fee would be charged for the lift removal and was informed that the lift removal might not correct the issue. The contact stated that the aftermarket 2-inch lift was a replication of the sasquatch, 2-3" lift package that the manufacturer offered. The recall repair was not completed. The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The manufacturer was made aware of the issue, but no assistance was provided. The contact had not experienced a failure.

The contact stated that the rearview camera displayed a black screen while the vehicle was in reverse(r).
