Windshield problem #1

The contact owns a 2024 Ford Bronco. The contact stated that while the defroster was engaged, the windshield cracked on the driver’s side. The crack started at the bottom of the windshield and spread to approximately 7-inches. The contact had not taken the vehicle to a local dealer or a glass repair shop to be repaired. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The contact researched online and related the failure to an issue with the oem windshield. The manufacturer was not informed of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 3,000.

Visibility problem #2

The contact owns a 2024 Ford Bronco. The contact stated while pulling out of the driveway, the contact noticed that the driver’s side passenger’s window fell from the vehicle. There was no warning light illuminated. The vehicle was taken to dealer where a diagnostic was undisclosed. The contact was informed that the window needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 365.

Wiper problem #3

Went out to start the vehicle one afternoon to notice a crack from the outside passenger edge by the frame. Nothing hit the windshield and just a single line of crack spread from one side of the windshield straight across took to Ford to be told that while they couldn't see an impact they wouldn't cover it under warranty be cause they couldn't prove it was their fault.
