3 Suspension problem of the 2023 Ford Bronco

Failure Date: 01/06/2026

Front differential mounts are cracking and breaking leading to insecure front differential and damage to adjacent suspension and power train components. This is a significant risk to both the driver/occupants and potentially other vehicles on the road. This problem is appearing with increasing frequency on the Ford Bronco forums to the point that Ford now has a TSB out relating to this known engineering failure. It require an extensive repair including rewelding the mounting brackets. There appears to be inadequate guidance to the repairing dealers, however, as there is a large degree of uncertainty as to how to approach executing the weld repair, according to my dealer, corwin Ford, in spokane, washington.

6 Suspension problem of the 2022 Ford Bronco

Failure Date: 08/15/2025

My car has a recall NHTSA #25v025 for the rear shock absorber external reservoir corrosion since1/21/2025. A few weeks ago the recall status shows remedy available so I brought it in to a Ford dealership on 8/15/2025. The tech inspected the car and both absorbers showed signs of oil leaking and they need to be replaced. The pictures also showed the reservoirs are close to be separated from the vehicle. The dealer told me the parts are in back order with no eta despite the recall status shows remedy available. The dealer told me the car is safe to drive despite the fact in the recall they stated "if a rear shock absorber external reservoir separates from the vehicle, it can create a potential road hazard for other road users, increasing the risk of a crash. " I don't have a car to drive since 8/15/2025 and Ford is refusing to provide a loaner or rental vehicle on their cost.

7 Suspension problem of the 2022 Ford Bronco

Failure Date: 07/23/2025

We purchased the above referenced vehicle new back in 2022 and have received numerous recalls since 2023. Many of these recalls have no remedy or remedies not yet available. Thankfully, most of these recalls are not urgent and do not pose much of a problem. However, the most recent recall 25s75/25v455 poses a threat due to loss of fuel pressure and recently our vehicle has shown signs of malfunctioning. I am majorly concerned because our daughter is supposed to use this vehicle in February 2026 and the way the recall repairs are trending, it may take months or years to remedy. I am writing this correspondence so you are aware of the recall and put it on your radar to track. I plan on writing again if a significant amount of time has passed with no remedy per Ford's direction if we are having difficulty getting our vehicle repaired in a "reasonable" amount of time. There is no reason Ford should be producing faulty, no remedy vehicles. Families have to rely on their vehicles and should feel safe and confident, not worrying if the car stalls mid highway with their child in it.

9 Suspension problem of the 2022 Ford Bronco

Failure Date: 07/18/2025

Tried to get my vehicle fixed under recall Ford mistakenly told me that these were aftermarket rear shocks and that they weren't covered upon fixing the vehicle myself and bringing the shocks into a different dealership they told me that they were covered and should have been fixed under recall I've been trying to get reimbursed by Ford for this and I've been getting the runaround I've been promised call backs from supervisors and have not got any they are well past their 60 day window per their policy to respond this is going on 6 months now I've been trying to get reimbursed for this fix.

10 Suspension problem of the 2021 Ford Bronco

Failure Date: 07/13/2025

I am filing a complaint regarding the mishandling of a safety recall on my 2021 Ford Bronco, serviced through legacy Ford in corbin, ky. My vehicle currently has four active recalls. One, campaign 25s01/25v025, involves corrosion and possible failure of the rear shock absorbers. Although this recall was issued in January 2025 and officially appears in my Ford account, parts were unavailable when I contacted legacy Ford. Ford’s recall line assured me that I would receive a loaner vehicle and/or temporary fix, but the dealership denied this. In fact, a legacy Ford rep told my husband to “go to the junkyard” for replacement shocks. I called Ford’s executive customer service to escalate the situation. I was told the campaign was still considered an “advanced recall” (despite its official status) and that they could not override the dealership’s refusal to provide assistance. This created a deeply unsafe situation—my husband and I experienced two near-accidents due to rear suspension instability, while our toddler was in the vehicle. After waiting weeks with no resolution and no loaner, my husband had to repair the issue himself just to make the car drivable. We received no reimbursement or follow-up, and today, three of the four recalls remain open with no solution available. I am requesting a formal review of legacy Ford’s actions, communication, and refusal to assist with a documented safety issue. I would also like to be contacted by someone at Ford with the authority to resolve this matter appropriately.

11 Suspension problem of the 2022 Ford Bronco

Failure Date: 07/09/2025

The vehicle currently has three active recalls with each not having a remedy as of to date although one I was notified of 7 months ago. I have already had to have a faulty fuel pump repair within the first month or so of onset of purchase where vehicle just lost power and died on side of the road and had to be towed. Then had to fight the dealership and write complaint to Ford after having defective camshaft which took multiple attempts and documentation for Ford and the dealership to repair properly. Vehicle would shift between 2wd/4wd/awd randomly while driving. Then I had been notified about a windshield wiper motor recall that just dropped of out the system before attempting repair. So never had that update ran or problem addressed. Now I have three other major safety recalls. Definitely a lemon. Need Ford to stand behind their vehicle. I pay way too much not be safe. None of these failure or problems provided any prior warming indicators.

12 Suspension problem of the 2021 Ford Bronco

Failure Date: 07/07/2025

I have a 2021 Ford Bronco and the rear shock absorbers are both bad on my car it is dangerous to drive I have taken it to 2 different Ford dealerships one in morgantown wv and one in fairmont wv and was told there was nothing they could do about it. Then I contacted Ford motor company and spoke to someone and was told there was nothing they could do and the vehicle was safe to drive although it states in the recall it increases risk of crash. I was told to file a complaint and on top of all that they won’t give me an inspection sticker. When you hit a pothole bump or any other obstruction is throws the rear end of the car out from under you and is terrifying. Now there is a recall on the fuel pump I havnt exactly experienced this personally that I’m aware of. Thirdly I was in an accident just last month I rear ended someone on the interstate going about 65 and the air bags did not deploy. In summary it’s absurd that Ford is allowing people to make payments on vehicles with their hard earned money they one are unsafe and two have nothing but issues and are unwilling to do anything about it.

Failure Date: 06/10/2025

My vehicle has both cracked and leaking rear shocks as well as issues with the rearview camera and infotainment system. I have gone through two Ford dealerships to remedy this issue and was told parts are on back order. I attempted to remedy this issue when I first received notification that parts were available in August 2025. When I drive, I can feel the suspension is not providing support and continued use will cause other issues with the vehicle that may not be covered under warranty or the recall. My vehicle will also trigger the collision avoidance feature when there is physical trigger. This has caused my brakes to lock up in traffic.

19 Suspension problem of the 2023 Ford Bronco

Failure Date: 05/25/2025

Driving down the interstate with cruise control set to 65mph, I went over a seam in the pavement and the vehicle began to swerve violently. I had to fight to maintain control as the tcs kicked in. I was able to regain control, but upon getting home saw the driver's rear shock has blown and lost all the fluid inside. I have contacted Ford over this near crash and they have told me that my only option on this open recall is to wait or pay to fix this myself. The part is available, I can buy it, but Ford is claiming there is no part available and that patience is the best course of action on this safety issue.

Failure Date: 05/14/2025

Rear passenger shock was leaking oil around braking system creating burnt oil smell while driving. At this point mileage for warranty was over by 2,000 miles and was not covered by Ford warranty. We had to pay over $900. 00 for the replacement from Ford. Fast forward 2 months, on the freeway driving 70 mph, the rear driver’s side shock reservoir detached and almost hit the car behind us. Again, we are paying Ford again for the other shock. This recall really needs to be in forced a lot quicker because of the safety of other drivers.

Failure Date: 05/12/2025

The vehicle started showing excessive tire wear with only 3500 miles on it. We took it to the dealership to have this checked and discovered it the front suspension was severely out of alignment they aligned the suspension and 1500 miles later it was out of alignment again and was re aligned. Then 1500 miles later it was aligned yet again because of excessive wear and pulling hard to the left. The vehicle was returned to the dealership it was purchased from and they kept it for 27 straight days and claimed to have done 5 alignments and the 5th one worked. We drove the vehicle 1000 miles and the front tires were showing even worse wear and the front end was discovered to be out of alignment yet again. As of today the vehicle is scheduled to be returned to the dealership for a 5th time with no real remedy or answer on the issue. I uploaded 10 documents but have 11 more available.

This is about brake system and vacuum line linked Bronco. This is highly related to my own safety as when I go uphill or highway, this 'brake failure system' always is on and sometimes you are very hard to press a brake pedal as it's very stiff and not easy to press using your foot. But the thing is it comes and goes and sometimes it stopped and coming back. I today asked for a repair at dealership and they charge me 650 dollars as there's no official recall. Although it happened before my warranty's up and there's so many people suffering this identical issue but Ford didn't do anything and charge money to customers.

31 Suspension problem of the 2021 Ford Bronco

Failure Date: 03/11/2025

Our family was traveling from lake george new york to boston MA on Wednesday March 11th. As we passed another vehicle in the far left lane on I-90 the vehicle bounced and we lost control of the backend of the vehicle and it "fish tailed" across the highway nearly causing a collision at 65 miles per hour. The anti-lock breaks were activated and we nearly collided with several cars but managed to pull into the emergency lane. The vehicle was not drivable after this incident because any pothole or bump on the highway, at speeds over 50 mph, made the rear of the vehicle very unstable. It will skid and sway. Our vehicle is now undrivable and Ford says the only available solution is a "buy back" program and a solution will not be available until q3 of 2025. This leaves us with a 4 year old vehicle with only 24k miles undrivable. This is not acceptable.
