1 Accelerator Pedal problem

Failure Date: 01/01/2000

Accelerator sticks and driver has to push hard, then it overaccelerates, and this may cause an accident if there is someone in front. There's too much force.

2 Accelerator Pedal problem

Failure Date: 09/20/1999

While driving at 15 to 20 mph accelerator pedal got stuck and the consumer lost control and hit an apartment building and then a bank.
