Two problems related to brake disc pads have been reported for the 1997 Ford Contour. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Consumer is having problems with rear brake disc pads, making it hard for consumer to stop vehicle. Dealer notified.
When brakes are applied , the brakes start making loud noises. Had the pads replaced last month and now the same noise has returned again. Dealer said that rotors needed replacement.
