Three problems related to front suspension have been reported for the 1997 Ford Contour. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Vehicle excessive tire wear due to front end alignment problem. Yh.
While driving vehicle at 45 to 50 mph steering wheel vibrates, cause unknown. Also, vehicle has excessive brake noise.
Wiring harness malfunctioned/shorted out. Also, when turning left, vehicle made a knocking noise.
