The consumer received a manufacturer's recall on water pump. A week later, consumer heard a knocking noise. Took vehicle back to the dealership, and mechanic told him that the bolts were loose on the water pump. Also, when consumer applied brakes there was a humming noise.

While driving at 40 mph and coming to a stop and brake pedal was applied, it was hard as if something was keeping it from being pushed. Brakes did not respond at all, causing consumer to strike another vehicle in the rear. Consumer suffered a concussion to the left side of head. The dealer was not contacted.
When applying brakes a heavy vibration will occur. Also brakes will squeak. 3 set of brakes rotors have been replaced.
The brake pressure control reducing valves failed prior to recall notice 00v-075. Nlm.
