Two problems related to brake disc rotor have been reported for the 1999 Ford Crown Victoria. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Front rotors had to be replaced due to warping. Unable to have them turned.
Consumer experiences vibrations when applying brakes due to defective rotors. Rotor have been machined 3 times but the vibration returns slowly.
