Mechanical Jack problems of the 1999 Ford Crown Victoria

Consumers received NHTSA recall 000200000/ manufacturer's recall 00s13/ jacking instructions. Consumer said recall seemed to be incomplete because it did give what type of block to use to change the tires. Dealer or manufacturer do seem to be interested in the matter. It did state that if not properly done vehicle could fall down on the person.
