Two problems related to defogger have been reported for the 1997 Ford E-150. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
No heat: due to plastic door broken in air plenum; poor design by the many other complaints reported.
Due to frequent failures(dealer info) part is incorporated into new design. No safety defect listed.
