One problem related to engine exhaust system has been reported for the 1999 Ford E-150. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Strong fumes, smells like exhaust, are getting inside of vehicle intermittently , possibly due to mold buildup, causing bacteria . Dealer has only used deordortizer and dionivering machine, but it does not help.
