Frame And Members Problems of Ford E-350

I have a vehicle that I feel should have been included in Ford's recall 03s06 and was not. I have inspected my vehicle for the equipment and found it is not there. Without it, there is a danger of fuel tank rupture in the event of a collision. I've spoken with Ford and their position is the equipment is not required unless the vehicle has the "school bus option". Ford wouldn't have been allowed to only retrofit police department crown victorias. They had to recall all affected crown victorias (just as an example). Why isn't my safety important, as well? I don't have the "school bus option", but my vehicle is prone to the same danger. Thank you for your time.

2002 f-350 4x4 pickup frame weld cracking just in front of front leaf spring, where frame is joined, has rivets and weld. Big-brand tire CO. Has found 6 vehicales same problem, not all were trucks. They showed problem to me, and I have found same problem on other trucks of friends. You can here the frame making sounds going down the road. I have not contacted local dealer vista Ford in oxnard yet, waiting to here from you.

Vehicle is a Ford E-350 chassis equipped with a unicel box body. The failure is the mounting of the truck body to the chassis. The design of the box attaching mechanism is inferior resulting in a separation of the body from the chassis. The body is attached only to the plywood floor of the box only with no other structural components. The attachment points are also inaccessible for inspection resulting in the inability to inspect the corrosion of the bolts and the ultimate failure of the mounting to the chassis.
