Fuel Injector problem #1

2005 e450 super duty van stalled resulting in a auto crash with serious injuries. Attorney is investigating an accident on behalf of an injured passenger who was riding in the vehicle that crashed head on into a light pole after the vehicle stalled and lost power steering. The attorney found recall 05s34 which indicated that the fuel injector control module (ficm) wire harness may chafe on engine bolt potentially resulting in electric short. The attorney is trying to determine if the previous owner or operator ever received the recall, by Ford, it's dealer or anyone else.

Fuel Injection problem #2

2005 Ford crown victoria (police vehicle) purchased January 14, 2005 with 600 miles suddenly accellerated while the officer was stopped with his foot firmly on the brake. Took cruiser out of service and had towed to dealer where purchased. A second 2005 Ford crown victoria purchased on January 14, 2005 (approx. 550 miles)did the same thing by accellerating without putting foot on the accellerator pedal. In the second incident, the vehicle lurched causing damage to the left front drivers door. Tond vehicle was also put out of service and towed to the dealer.
