The contact owns a 2007 four winds class c built on a 2006 Ford E-450 chassis. The contact stated that upon refueling the vehicle, he noticed a puddle of approximately 3 gallons of fuel that had leaked onto the ground. An independent mechanic completed an unknown diagnostic. The contact related the failure to NHTSA campaign number: 06e056000 (fuel system, gasoline); however, the VIN was not included. The vehicle was not repaired. The dealer and the manufacturer were not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 40,000.
