One problem related to engine and engine cooling has been reported for the 2003 Ford E-550. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Purchased a Ford f250 diesel truck in August 2003. The engine turns off at any given time including on the expressway - 65 mph. Ford cannot find a fix for it. They have replaced the truck with a newer engine version. We'll see.
