One problem related to front seat belt webbing has been reported for the 1997 Ford Econoline. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Seat belts do not tighten up on driver. A lot of slack in the belts. Has to hand feed them inorder for them to tighten. Dealer replaced the belts, and the problem still exists.
