The contact owns a 2007 Ford Edge. Whenever the contact locked the doors the locks failed to engage and the doors remained unlocked. The vehicle was taken to an authorized dealer to be repaired; however, the failure continued to occur. The current mileage was 15,701. The failure mileage was 15,464.
Door latch stuck on rear door behind driver. I had to continuously lock and unlock until the door lock would unstick so I could close the door. This worries me in the case that an accident would happen and the door would be stuck and I couldn't get my child out.
