Tl- the contact owns a 2015 Ford Edge. The contact stated that while driving approximately 35 mph when the steering warning light was illuminated. The contact stated that the vehicle did not seem to operate abnormally. The contact stated that several hours later the vehicle's steering warning light was illuminated and another message service advance tech and caution steering was no longer, as well as, hill assist was lost. The contact contacted a certified mechanic who informed you of a recall relating to the failure, NHTSA campaign numbers:19v632000 (steering) and 15v250000 (steering). The certified mechanic also stated that the power steering parking assist no communication to steering module. The vehicle had not been repaired.
