The vehicle was taken to the dealer where the failure confirmed; however, the mechanic found no defect with the vehicle. The contact was provided an estimate for the repair. The manufacturer was notified of the failure and agreed to cover 60% of the cost for the repair. The vehicle had yet to be repaired. The failure mileage was approximately 58,000.
