Windshield Wiper/washer Motor problems of the 2019 Ford Edge

The contact owns a 2019 Ford Edge. The contact stated that the windshield wiper motor had failed on their vehicle a second time, and no warning lights were illuminated. The motor was originally repaired in 2023, however the motor has failed once again. The local dealer was contacted however the vehicle was not diagnosed as the contact was advised that their VIN was not included in any open recalls. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 35,000.
