The contact owns a 2004 Ford Escape. While driving approximately 65 mph, the contact heard a loud pop coming from the sunroof. She looked up and noticed cracks in the sunroof glass that resembled a spider web. The sunroof was tilted and not fully open at the time the failure was noticed.
