The contact owns a 2008 Ford Escape. While the vehicle was parked, as she turn the ignition off she heard a clicking noise. She believes the clicking noise was coming from the air conditioner. She also stated that white partials were all over her seats and interior. The vehicle was taken to two authorized dealers and she was told that the noise was normal.
