The contact owns a 2012 Ford Escape. The contact stated while driving approximately 40-45 mph, the vehicle was difficult to steer, and was veering to the left independently. No warning light was illuminated. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic to be diagnosed. The contact was informed that the subframe was detaching the axle from the vehicle.
