I have a 2013 Ford Escape with 26000 miles, oem tire are continental contitac pro 235/50/18 h. The tire have premature failure with chuncks of rubber visibly detached from the tread base. I have contacted continental requesting an adjustment, their response was there is no mileage warranty on oem equipment. How do I persuade continental to adjust this set of tire. I have no choice but replace the set as they are not safe. Robert siegel.
