The contact owns a 2020 Ford Escape. The contact stated that on several occasions while parked and gas was administered to the vehicle, the vehicle would not start. The vehicle was taken to a dealer where it was diagnosed that that canister valve needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. Read details...
