The seats have metal protruding from the rear portion where your tailbone would rest. It's not just uncomfortable, it becomes painful the longer you drive. I was told the seat heaters were improperly installed in the beginning of the manufacture process for 2020 Ford Escapes. If they know they installed them incorrectly, why won't they fix their mistake?.
