Steering wheel column pulled to left, and when applying brakes vehicle wandered away.
On several occasions, vehicle pulls slightly at slower speeds 15-40 mph and violently at speeds above 55 mph, the pulling would occur to both the left and right sides and intensify as the brakes get hotter, dealer replaced disc brake rotors and pads, aligned front end and rotated tires, however repairs did not remedy problem, tech states that engineers are working on repair solution.
When applying the brakes the vehicle vibrated and shuddered. The vehicle was taken to the dealer for inspection. The mechanic was unable to duplicate the problem. Please provide further details.

Intermittently when applying brakes, steering wheel would lock up. Dealer has inspected vehicle and changed rack and pinion. However, problem was not corrected. Dealer put the old parts back on vehicle.
While driving at any speed consumer noticed vibration in front end. Vibration can was felt in steering wheel. Consumer has contacted dealer, dealer was unable to determine cause of problem. Consumer also states when he turns the vehicle, steering does not respond, consumer was advised by dealership that this is a normal characteristic of vehicle, consumer states swaybar was on upside down, mounts were missing or either loose, as well as springs were backwards, consumer states dealership is shipping vehicle to another state to have it fixed, consumer states he also had tires replaced, consumer is also experiencing braking difficulty.
