Safety belt on passenger side of middle bench will not latch. This has occurred for the second time. The part was previously replaced. We have been trying to get this fixed for some time but the dealership has had a myriad of excuses such as wrong parts, wrong tools or backordered.

Seat belt on driver's side keeps coming unlatched. Seat belt has to be forced to keep from coming loose. Contacting dealer. Dealer replaced.
A child was able to release the seat belt latch plate from buckle mechanism. The buckle retracted too quickly to be grabbed by owner of vehicle, and became lost/stuck in the retractor, and was hidden.
