1997 Expedition throttle was stuck open. ***** while driving in below zero temps the throttle stuck open. The vehicle was taken to and auto center who located a bulletin indicating that the throttle sticks after steady driving in cold ambient temps. The date on the bulletin was oct 26, 1998.
The fuel throttle is sticking.
