One problem related to front suspension coil spring has been reported for the 1997 Ford Expedition. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
The consumer took the vehicle in for inspection, and found that the front springs were broken. The consumer called the dealer, and was told that the parts were on back order. The manufacturer was contacted. The truck was unable to be driven. Ford recalled the taurus and the sable for their front coil springs.
