One problem related to rear window wiper washer switch has been reported for the 1999 Ford Expedition. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
1999 Ford Expedition. The consumer stated the windshield wipers will not turn off until the vehicle was completely turned off. If they were turned all the way on the rear wipers would not work. The rear window broken at one time, and the dealership stated there was a short in the switch that operated the wipers. This has been happening since September 15, 2004. Nothing has been done to fix the problems.
