Consumer's motorized seatbelt was defective. He was driving with his daughter attached to the seatbelt with her safety carrier. He came to an abrupt stop, the bolt came loose, and the car seat became detached from the seat and flew up front. Child wasn't hurt. Consumer notified the dealership, and they weren't interested.
