Air Bag Not Deploy problems of the 2000 Ford Expedition

: the contact stated while driving 40 mph, the vehicle was involved in a collision with two other vehicles. Both frontal airbags did not deployed. All three individuals involved in the collision were taken to the hospital with injuries ranging from head concussions to scrapes and bruises. A police report was taken at the scene of the crash. The vehicle was taken to a private repair shop, however there were no inspections done per the request of the contact.

While stopped at a light my vehicle was rear-ended by a delivery truck.
