My 2005 Ford expidition with just 62,000 miles on it has chipping and bubbling paint on the rear lift gate and the hood. Talked to my local Ford dealer and they said that their was an issue with the aluminum prior to painting these two parts at the factory. Ford is not standing behind this defect.
