The contact stated that while the vehicle was idiling with the park engaged the vehicle shifted out of gear rolled backwards crashed into a steel post without warning, the front and rear passenger side doors were ajar. My 2010 has jumped out of gear 4-5 times and most recently it jumped out and I missed the brake and hit the gas --the SUV ran into a building causing about 6-8k in damage. I know I put the Expedition in gear and the video/surveil. Tape shows that I did. . I am trading this pos ASAP!!!.
