My seat belt on my passenger side does not work half the time. My door locks do not work right. I can't get my window on the driver side to go up and down. As I was merging onto the highway onto the on ramp like any other morning going to work I began to yield as there was traffic coming in my direction. As I began to yield my car flipped over as if someone purposely tilted the vehicle over. The air bags did not deploy the car rolled over onto my left arm and leg breaking my ankle and causing many other injuries and distress.

While driving 35mph & was heading south; and other vehicle was driving east, when it pulled out in front suddenly and hit consumer's vehicle on the left front. Upon impact, air bags failed to deploy. Driver suffered concussion from hitting windshield due to failure of air bags.

While driving on a winding road at 50 mph due to the instability, vehicle suddenly rolled over, flipping left to right and crushing the roof that caused serious injuries to driver and passenger side occupants, also upon impact driver and passenger side air bags failed to deploy.
Consumer states while driving 50 mph vehicle suddenly rolled over multiple times having frontal impact, the driver and passenger air bags failed to deploy, leaving both driver and passenger seriously injured.
