One problem related to front seat belt webbing has been reported for the 1999 Ford Explorer. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Intermittently rear shoulder belt would gradually tighten down on occupant while driving. Has to unlatch buckle to untigthen shoulder belt. Taken to dealer shop, and informed that they could not find anything wrong or dulicate problem. Please feel free to provide any further details on this probelm.
