One problem related to rear seat belt has been reported for the 1999 Ford Explorer. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Nar 2/10/2003. The consumer informed the dealer she was having problems with the rear seat belt even though it was not used that frequently. The consumer was then told the seat belt could not be fixed under warranty.
