51 problems related to windshield wiper/washer motor have been reported for the 1999 Ford Explorer. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Windshield wipers fails to work properly when in use. Would come on/off by themselves. The problem is intermittent. This causes poor visibility to the driver. Will be taking vehicle to dealer.
