Consumer was driving with cruise control on at 60 mph and vehicle started to accelerate without command from 60 to 85 mph. Consumer applied brakes,and vehicle would not slow down. Applied on off button, but it would not work, hit emergency brake, and vehicle slowed down.
Vehicle idles roughly. Manufacture warranty recalls have not improved. Different types/grades of gasoline have not improved. Various dealer service departments unable to locate/fix problem.
