The blend door, inside the heater plenum on the dash board of my 2000 Ford Explorer, failed. This is an extraordinarily expensive repair, and the history of this failure on this model is astounding. Once this failure occurs, there is no heat available in the cabin, especially dangerous when defrosting of glass is required.
When using defroster/defogger front windshield fogged up severly. This could lead to a vehicle accident due to poor visibility. Dealer/manufacturer notified.
Severe poor visibility when using defroster/defogger. It caused windshield to become fogged up, and could cause a vehicle collision. Dealer/manufacturer notified.
