The vehicle is now at the dealers getting a whole new engine replaced and they are requiring that I pay half the cost. I want Ford to by this lemon back. I can not afford this car anylonger with all of the major problems its giving me.
Vehicle fails to start at any given time. Dealer always reports ntf.
Engine makes throaty sound when both idling and accelerating. Dealer first recommended that the engine be replaced--then stated there was no problem and the noise was normal. I feel this is a problem that will persist and become worse and may endanger me and/or others. The manufacturer should replace the engine as originally suggested by the dealer.
