Tl the contact owns a 2011 Ford Explorer. While the contact's wife was driving 35-40 mph, the engine began to shudder. The contact's wife drove into a parking lot and the engine shut off. An independent mechanic arrived at the scene and diagnosed that coolant leaked into the engine and the engine block or head was cracked.
