Ford corporation then gave the contact a loaner vehicle while they made repairs. On June 10, 2019, the contact received a letter from her cardiologist where they determined the official diagnosis to be carbon-monoxide poisoning and that upon receiving a loaner vehicle, the patient no longer exhibited the same symptoms when driving the previous vehicle.
